Parking Lots Reservations
- I was required to reserve a lot of things during this internship, but scheduling the parking lots for summer camps was definitely the most challenging. I had to learn to be organized and keep track of what information I would need. I purchased each camp day from commuter services at the beginning of the summer. Next, I had to split the cost between each of the camps depending on what days their camps were and if they were sharing the cost with another camp or not. I actually learned a lot from this document and I'm proud of the system I created to manage this complicated task. |

Men's Basketball Student Life Center Reservation and Equipment Order
-Men's basketball was probably the largest camp that I managed for the year. These documents provide a look into the types of invoices and planning materials that I had to create and schedule in the system for their camps. I also had to post directional signs within the basketball facility, the huntsman center, and the HPER complex on campus for the campers who participated in the Men's Basketball camps. These documents provide great insight into what I needed to create and do in order to meet my goal of paying off all the equipment rentals and reservations before the camps began. As long as I got these confirmations approved days in advance, I was able to pay for everything and meet my goal. |
